We are looking for motivated individuals who share our love of the outdoors to help us grow and keep getting our customers outside! Currently, we are looking for a keyholder. They will assist the store manager and assistant manager in the daily operations of the store, including monitoring the adherence to company policy and the supervision of store staff. Primary duties include: greet and assit customers in selection of merchandise, operate cash register and perform closing functions, assist store manager with training, responsible for store’s cash and inventory, supervises sales associates in absence of manager and receives product, merchandises and stocks inventory. High school graduate or equivalent job experience required. 6 months prior retail experience. Proven communication, organization, customer service and motivational skills.
