Fresca's Mexican Grill is "Freshly made daily Mexican Food" We prepare our ingredients everyday and make everything to order so it tastes great! We hand cut our meat and marinate it for 24 hours to give it our distinctive flavor. "Our people are what make our food and service great. The position will include overall supervision of the store. This canidate must posses 3-5 years management experience working in a high volume or casual dining concept. Must have strong interpersonal skills in communicating with staff and customers. Bi lingual in English and Spanish is preferred. The canidate must have a strong understanding of p&l statements and forecasting budgets. The job duties will include daily operations of ordering, scheduling/labor control, hiring, food cost controls, and marketing the business to achieve sales growth. The canidate must be able to react to changing seasonal business conditions to keep the business operating according to budget. You will be directly responsible to the stores owner and report frequently the performance of the overall stores operation.
